Restricted Merchant Types ⛔️

There are two categories of restricted merchants which cannot receive rewards:

1. Liquor stores:

• though they may sell other items the vast majority of what is being sold is alcohol which is prohibited from being rewarded for

2. Healthcare & Spa's:

• Unfortunately there are many nuance in this category, however for the sake of Network Audits, Fidel advises customers to steer clear of these types of merchants regardless of their qualifications and licenses.
  
  

While these are our general guidelines we recommend working with us on a case by case basis, as it really depends on which MCC (Merchant Category Code) the merchant is using.
